Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your purchase to make sure it works for you. Please be mindful of makeup, deodorant, pet hair or strong fragrance that could transfer to the garment while you are trying it on. Items that are stained or have noticeable wear or damage will not be acceptable for return.
Rather than using a disposable hang tag, dresses and skirts come with a cedar and herb sachet. This is our gift to you, to help protect your silk-lined garment. We allow returns on unworn items that still have their sachet attached, so do not remove it until you are certain you want to keep the garment.
- Send an email to returns@foxandshrew.com requesting a return.
- We will send you a pre-printed return label.
- Pack your items in the original packaging, and reseal for shipping.
- Drop off at the post office indicated on the return label.
